Big House on a Modest Budget
This seemingly large (and strikingly beautiful) house was completed on a relatively modest budget through some clever planning by architect Eldridge Smerin. The house was a prefab that was completed off-site in sections utilizing green technology, then transported to the building site and pieced together. It has an indoor pool, tw car garage, and a fantastic modern style.
