Modular and Green Karo Cabin

This past weekend Karoleena Home debuted their Karo Cabin, a modular, green cabin that comes to you ready to go. They can be delivered anywhere in North America (provided the site has road and ferry access). Base Model A starts at a pricey $129,000, but comes complete with interior and exterior finishings, a $5000 appliance allowance, a cantilevered deck, gas fireplace, and more. It truly does come complete and ready to use! And it looks pretty snazzy, eh?
